Canary Islands

The sun-drenched Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago made up of seven large islands and several small islets off of the northwest coast of Africa. The islands present visitors with a constant climate year round, fine sand beaches, rolling sand dunes, rich forests, rugged cliffs and crystal clear waters inhabited by whales and dolphins. Visitors not only find variety in the landscape here, but also in the activities offered. The landscape of each island is radically different to the others. The quieter islands are a paradise for nature lovers and some islands provide action-packed resort areas with every conceivable form of entertainment for visitors. Those looking to experience both bustling Spanish cities and ecotourism on their honeymoon need look no further.
